Deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling

Deposit ($39 USD): Confirms your booking and reserves your support team.

Full payment ($199 USD): One-step payment for eligible single-guest packages.

Remaining balance ($160 USD): Pay after the $39 deposit when applicable.

Rescheduling: One free date change is generally available when requested at least 24 hours before your confirmed visit.

Refunds: Deposit may be non-refundable after schedule confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Medical treatment: Clinic fees are paid directly to the dental institute and are not included in our service pricing.
