Do you support English communication?
Yes. We provide bilingual support throughout scheduling and in-person accompaniment.
How much does accompaniment cost?
Payment options are $39 USD booking deposit, $199 USD full payment, or $160 USD remaining balance after deposit.
Can I request pickup support?
Yes. Service includes door-to-door transport with a dedicated driver, dedicated interpreter, and personal concierge support.
What products are in your oral care shop?
We offer oral care essentials such as toothpaste, floss, mouthwash, and accessory tools.
Where do I pay the booking deposit?
Pay the $39 USD deposit first. Then pay $160 USD remaining balance when instructed, or choose the $199 USD full payment product directly.
Can I change my appointment after deposit payment?
One free reschedule is generally available when requested at least 24 hours before your confirmed visit, subject to our written refund and rescheduling policy on the Pricing page.
